At Pot Pourri we want to make your shopping experience with us as easy as possible.

 

We do realise that sometimes items that you purchased aren't quite right so therefore we do offer an exchange where possible or a store credit if the item isn't able to be exchanged.

Please read the following conditions on our returns policy to avoid any confusion.

If you have any other questions regarding returns please call or store as we would like to help sort out any situation where possible.

• Items must be returned to us within 7 days

• Exchanging items will be at your own cost for postage

• Postage on returned items is not refunded to your store credit

• We recommend you return your items in a package via track and trace method. We do not accept any responsibility if we do not receive the package

• All items returned must be in immaculate re-sellable condition, brand new and unworn, unwashed with the original tags still attached

• No returns or exchanges on sale items

• Strictly no returns on jewellery, hats and sunglasses due to hygiene reasons

• We do not refund gift vouchers

• Please fill out the returns forms so we know exactly what the issue is

• Only once clothes have been received and thoroughly checked over for their condition will a store credit be issued
